Brown County is home to a new, state-of-the-art building that houses the headquarters of the largest engineering firm in the state of Wisconsin. The building was built, not in response to the need for more space, but to a need for space that better met the changing needs of the organization and the roughly 300 members who occupy it—updated work styles, technological changes, etc. The $21 million, 100,000 square foot building of office and meeting space being leased will support Foth’s expanding organizational and operational requirements.

The new building also reduces operational costs through the sustainable features included in the design and promotes employee retention and attraction through elements aimed at enhancing employee well-being. We will get a first-hand look at many of these innovative components, from energy- and water-saving options to sit-to-stand furniture and exercise areas, as we tour the facility.

At Foth’s request, our meeting will start at 3:30 to minimize disruption of the work process. Join us for a discussion and tour led by Brian Netzel and Cindy Hedricks from Performa and various members of Foth’s internal project team. Following the meeting, all who are able are encouraged to follow the group to Sgambati's New York Pizza, 1700 Sand Acres Drive, De Pere for a relaxing social hour.
