Lighten up the slog a little with us at Legacy Hotel in Green Bay. Take a break from the usual and join your FM colleagues to learn from local celebrity mixologist Tony Oczus. Founder of The Libertine and Proof, Tony now curates the libations menus for the hotel.

His hour-long class, Cocktail 101, will introduce you to the art and science of building cocktails and mocktails, giving you the skills to amaze your friends at your next party. This is continuing education at its funnest!
