A speaker 'sneak peek'...

Steve Van Remortel, Chief Strategist and Talent Advisor, Stop the Vanilla, will discuss in his presentation 'Talent Planning: Mastering the People Side of Facilities Management' how to build and execute a talent plan rooted in behavioral science—one that helps reduce turnover, close skill gaps, and turn your workforce into a competitive advantage. He will then lead a workshop that does a deeper dive into talent planning during the morning breakout session.
Megan Roberson, Manager of Booking & Event Operations for the Green Bay Packers, Joel Gregozeski, Village Manager for Ashwaubenon, Eric Jeltema, Interim Co-Chief for the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, Rachel Engeler, Assistant Airport Director at Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport and Ben Allen, Assistant Director of Security for the Green Bay Packers will lead a panel discussion on planning and executing operations for the 2025 NFL Draft
Deb Friedel, UW-Eau Claire alumnus and Corporate Senior Director for Sustainability at Delaware North, a large provider of operations management for sporting/entertainment/resort/gaming/parks facilities around the world. Deb will share with attendees some best practices to plan for/support a large, temporary influx of additional people into your facility. She will then expand on the sustainability piece during her afternoon breakout session.
Dick Knapinski, Director of Communications for EAA, will present a morning breakout session on the many moving parts that are juggled in hosting the international EAA AirVenture, which brings nearly 700,000 people to Oshkosh annually.
Also, we've arranged a special opportunity for a select number of attendees to tour the EAA Aviation Museum for free during either the morning or afternoon breakout session. Each group will be limited to 20 people, so please sign up when registering for the conference if you want to take advantage of this opportunity. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don't delay--sign up now! Note: If registration for both sessions is full, please email us to be put on the waiting list.
For those who wish to get one CFM maintenance activity credit for attending the conference, we will provide a certificate that you can submit. Simply let one of the committee members know you need one before you leave that day; alternately, please email [email protected] with your request.

If you are able make this Tri-Chapter welcome event tradition, please register below to make sure we save you a seat as space is limited. Sturgeon Spirits, 2663 Oregon Street, Oshkosh 5:30-9:00pm |
