Schneider has a long history, both in the trucking industry and in facility management in Green Bay. When it came time to add an innovation center to better serve its worldwide customer base with data-driven improvements to the logistics services they provide, leadership chose to build a new, separate facility on the main corporate campus.

Not only does this new 20,000 sq.ft. facility encourage collaboration and creative thinking like never before at Schneider, it places a very strong focus on the sustainable use of energy in the built environment. Our tour of The Grove will include up-close views of some of the latest energy-generating and saving technologies in action, including:

• SmartFlower dynamic solar panels
• glass walls with thermal mesh to help regulate temperature
