Breakthrough has long been a part of the corporate landscape in Green Bay, and our chapter had the good fortune to tour their previous headquarters building. Because of their growth in the transportation management and technology industry, they required a new space to bring their scattered team together. Dubbed the Breakthrough Collaboration Hub, this new 41,500-square-foot space on the 4th and 5th floors of the U.S. Venture Center in the Titletown District invested heavily in leading-edge technology and collaborative work support to enable their associates and teams to work more closely and anticipate the future in their industry.

This space has only been occupied for about 7 months, but it has already had a substantial impact on Breakthrough's client relationships, talent attraction and workforce satisfaction. The integration of technology into every space coupled with the flexible workstyle layouts (not to mention the incredible views) has led to the return of the majority of team members to the office.
