Energy costs continue to be a significant part of building operations costs. November's lunch meeting will give our members some more tools to help mitigate their effect on the bottom line. First up, Bill Plamann and Colten Sprenger, Energy Advisors from Focus on Energy, will go over in detail the current energy incentive programs available in the state and answer questions regarding their application.

The second portion of the presentation will address building energy audits. Osama M. Selim, PhD, MSC. Eng., Critical Power Sales Engineer from Access Inc., will go over the Energy Audit Classification and Procedure and how to perform an energy analysis. Also, he will cover the North American Industry Classification System and what the major energy consumers are in each industry. Finally, he will review available online tools provided by the Department of Energy, including the IAC program and software packages.
