We will finally be getting a look at the 191,000 sq. ft. headquarters building of Oshkosh Corporation! Completed months before the pandemic began, this 4-story facility combined associates from over 20 different sites scattered around Oshkosh into an open-plan building situated on 32 acres of former golf course on the shores of Lake Butte des Morts.

Not only do associates now get to see the individuals they have worked with for some time but never met due to being at different sites, but they get to do it on their terms: in more traditional workstation-style settings or floating around the multi-level facility in its cafeteria (with its own Starbucks) or a meeting room or an armchair overlooking the lake or in one of the many kitchenettes. 'People First' not only shows in this level of work flexibility, but it's also evidenced by the 3-Star Fitwel certification the design achieved through the incorporation of an onsite fitness center, centralized stairwells, outdoor patio space and connection to a one-mile walking trail that will join a city park (among other things).
